MX the sleepy head

I love looking at MX while she sleeps... 

it's strange how she falls asleep almost immediately as soon as she gets onto the carseat.

She has been dozing off this way since she was a baby.

There! I finally have pics of MX toddling around in heels :)  

By the end of March, MX would no longer be considered a toddler.  What will she be then? 

A preschooler?  

What if I do not send her to a preschool...?  

Which human stage is she at then?

I am glad that I managed to take some pics of her as she got all excited over Bren's new heels.  Tods Toddling in Heels are the type of photos that are a must in family albums (",) and I am glad I was around to capture this moment.

MX was so excited about Kai's birthday party the next day that she couldn't go to sleep. She was up and about and singing her heart out at one in the morning!

MX is always eyeing my makeup stash and when I told her I'd put it on for her, she went silent... as if wondering if I was pulling her leg. She nodded in agreement and I went on to 'decorate' her lil' face.

Lil'Ms MX probably thought of Kai's mum or granny threatening to punish him when he was naughty. After her breakfast, she jumped off her high-chair, grabbed the table mat, rolled it up and started this:

Mummy Shann - Job well done!

Shann tucked MX in... she seems to know how to swaddle a baby! This girl never fails to amaze me.

MX loves Mac's

What did we do on National Day '11?

We had McDonalds' breakfast!

Whenever we ask MX what she wants to eat, she'll grin and say, 'McDoNOLs'. Most of the time, we'll just ignore her and get her 'proper food'.

Today, as we roused her from her sleep, she told us off. She said, 'Let me sleep!' It was almost 12 noon and MX is still lazing in bed :) When she finally got up, she was grinning from ear to ear coz she saw the Happy Meal box that I was holding. She went about her morning washing and brushing without any fuss.

MX's wish finally came true... a McDoNOLs' Happy Meal :)

She's lucky too! The Happy Meal came with a Hello Kitty watch (",)

MX has had only 2 Happy Meals. The first one she had came with Kungfu Panda :)

Let me talk more about how much MX loves McDonalds. A few months back, we were at the lobby and a McDelivery guy started his bike and rode off. Immediately, MX giggled and she was convinced that the delivery guy had visited our place and that we were gonna have Mac's for dinner. She hurried along while screaming, 'McDoNOLs!!!'

Yet another time, she met the delivery guy at the lobby. This time, she went up to him and asked, 'Where's my french fries?'

MX loves the outdoors and she was utterly amused by these giant footprints in East Coast Park.

She kept running around and circling the footprints.

Since MX loves Hello Kitty, I gave her some whiskers and a little stubby nose so she can pretend to be a cat.

She kept adding on stickers to her sticker-filled T-shirt.

Where's MX's toys

I knew that Kimmie would try to snoop off with MX's toys. So, before MX was born, I got rid of all of Kim's chew toys - hoping that she'll get used to not playing with toys.

Guess it didn't work.

This was Kim's toy - Mr Drayfeus the Reindeer and if u look close enough, you'll see Kim's westie toy on the right.

First it was MX's rubber duckie. Kim chewed on it till she pulled out the squeaky bit.

Kim is circling MX's playpen and eyeing the plastic balls.

MX's rattle ... when it went missing, i knew immediately that it's under the couch with Kim.

Then someone scurried off with MX's ellie-shoes.

The crazy monkey couldn't escape Kim either.

Kim's latest acquisition - SpongeBob.
